Mrs. Smith brings nearly 10 years of experience in the healthcare and education services spaces. Most recently, as a Director at Oxeon Partners, Zena led executive searches across the portfolio of technology and services companies on operational leadership roles. Prior to joining Oxeon, she worked for City Year New York, an education non-profit organization. At CYNY, she served in a myriad of roles, from tutor and mentor in an elementary school in East Harlem to the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships, leading, strengthening, and building a $2M portfolio of corporate donors.
