Join us for a Virtual Diabetes Education Class hosted by ArchWell Health Peoria. You’ve probably heard the old saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” We have nothing against apples, but healthy eating is a bit more complex. Nutritional education is one of the tools ArchWell Health provides to help you improve all aspects of your health.
