Master Social Worker, Cindy Rosales will be discussing the importance of making healthcare decisions with the support and guidance of local healthcare professionals and ArchWell Health providers. Take part in an open question and answer session while enjoying snacks and refreshments while engaging with local healthcare vendors from your community. This event will answer questions like:
• Why do I need to have a living will or power of attorney?
• How can I make sure my loved ones know what care dicisions I want made when I can no longer advocate for myself?
• Can ArchWell Health help with the process?
