Join us for a Salsa Dancing class hosted by ArchWell Health South Tucson. Dancing exercises are perfect for both seniors who are new to fitness classes and exercise experts. 

This class with be especially helpful for:

• Older adults with balance concerns. Low impact exercises allow you to raise your heart rate without needing to worry about becoming dizzy or losing your step. 

• Seniors wanting to build strength. The exercises you will do in this class will help build your arm, leg, and back muscles in a safe way!

• Individuals that want to improve their overall health. Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. It can prevent or delay many of the health problems that seem to come with age.

Your ArchWell Health care team will make sure you are comfortable with each exercise during the class. That is why ArchWell Health hosts fun senior focused exercise classes for all fitness levels each week. ArchWell Health can help coordinate transportation to this class, if needed.
