Getting lost in a page-turning novel isn’t just an enjoyable hobby for seniors, but it also can enhance your mental health, brain function, and overall happiness. Whether it’s poetry or prose, fiction or nonfiction, research indicates that avid readers may experience these health benefits.
Saint Louis County Library will be bringing books and videos to our center for you to check out. You can even sign up for a library card if you do not have one. This will be a monthly event hosted in our center.
ArchWell Health can help coordinate transportation to this class, if needed. Refreshments and snacks will be available.
