The ArchWell Health Del Mar center, located in the heart of the community, offers personalized preventive care, nutrition workshops, and referrals to local programming tailored to Older Adults.

Begin your day with a gentle walk at Del Mar Park, a 42-acre community space offering a paved 1-mile loop trail, shaded rest areas, picnic pavilions, and moderate green space ideal for walking, rolling, or taking a seated break. It’s often hosts local markets and seasonal events that foster social connection.

Inside the park sits the Del Mar Adult Recreation Center, where older adults participate in arts & crafts, fitness classes, social meetups, and wellness seminars. Many activities are offered free or at a low cost—especially for residents aged 55+.
