Appointments


How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule or change an appointment by logging into the Patient Portal (if you already have your account set up). You can also call your ArchWell Health center to schedule an appointment. An ArchWell Health team member will help you find a time that works for you.

I can no longer make my appointment. How do I change my appointment time?


Call your ArchWell Health center as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment. An ArchWell Health team member will help you reschedule.

What items should I bring with me to every appointment?
Bring your ID, insurance card, and any medications you’re taking. If you’re unsure, call your ArchWell Health center, and they will guide you.

How do I log in to my telehealth appointment?
You can check in to your telehealth appointment directly from your smartphone. Here are the steps to join your telehealth appointment:

  1. A telehealth link will be texted to your phone prior to the appointment.
  1. You will click on the telehealth link, fill in your name, and press submit.
  1. From there, you will be placed into a virtual "waiting room" until the provider joins in.

How do I find my Patient Portal username and password?

Please contact your ArchWell Health center front desk team to assist with login information. They will be able to look up your username from the email provided on your new member paperwork and help you reset your password.

How do I sign in to the Patient Portal?

Go to the Patient Portal and enter your email and password. If you have trouble, call your center for help.

Can someone help me access my account?

Yes. Call your ArchWell Health center and a team member will walk you through it step by step.

Why does this page show my center?

You have either previously set a center as your favorite, or your center was selected based on your previous visits to the site or your location. You can change your center at any time on this page.


Events


How do I RSVP for an event?

You can RSVP right here on your Member Hub page or from the specific event page. You can also call your ArchWell Health center or sign up in person. An ArchWell Health team member can reserve your spot.

Can I bring a friend or caregiver?

Yes. Friends, neighbors, family members, and caregivers are welcome at most events. You do not need to be an ArchWell Health Member to attend an event. All are welcome.

Where can I find upcoming events?
You can find out more about upcoming events at your ArchWell Health center by picking up an event calendar at the front desk or browsing the upcoming events on the calendar.

Transportation

How do I request a ride?

Call your ArchWell Health center to request transportation if needed. An ArchWell Health team member will let you know if a ride is available.

Do I qualify for transportation help?

Eligibility may vary based on your needs and location. Call your ArchWell Health center and we’ll help you find out.

Billing and Benefits

Who do I call with billing questions?

Call the ArchWell Health Member Financial Counselors support line at (615) 949-2611 and ask for help with billing. An ArchWell Health team member will connect you with the right person.

Why should I call ArchWell Health’s Member Financial Counselors?
Call ArchWell Health’s Member Financial Counselors at (615) 949-2611 if you have questions about billing, healthcare costs, or programs that may help you save money. A colleague can help you understand benefits like Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs, Extra Help, SNAP, and other assistance programs. They can also help with applications, renewals, copays, deductibles, and payment questions.


Can someone help me understand my Medicare benefits?

Yes. Call your ArchWell Health center and a Care Coordinator can walk you through your coverage and answer your questions.

Caregiver Support

Can a caregiver come to my appointment?
Yes, caregivers are welcome at your visit. Let your ArchWell Health center know if someone will be joining you.

How can caregivers stay informed?
Caregivers can come to visits and speak with your care team. Call your ArchWell Health center to learn more about staying involved.

What resources are available for caregivers? ArchWell Health offers support and resources for caregivers. Call your ArchWell Health center or visit our blog to learn more.
