Whether it’s poetry or prose, fiction or nonfiction, research indicates that avid readers may experience these health benefits.Book clubs at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with each other. While reading you can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. During book club meet ups, our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond the ArchWell Health center. ArchWell Health can help coordinate transportation to this class, if needed. Refreshments and snacks will be available. Take part in this no cost activity and meet individuals just like you!
