Tai Chi

Join us for a Tai Chi class hosted by ArchWell Health Garnett Road in Tulsa, OK. Our exercises are perfect for both seniors who are new to fitness classes and exercise experts. This exercise class will be especially helpful for:

  • Older adults with balance concerns. Low impact exercises allows you to raise your heart rate without needing to worry about becoming dizzy or losing your step.
  • Seniors wanting to build strength. The exercises you will do in this class will help build your arm, leg, and back muscles in a safe way!
  • Individuals that want to improve their overall health. Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. It can prevent or delay many of the health problems that seem to come with age.

Some of the exercises you may do during this class include knee raises, seated arm rows, toe lifts, seated march, arm lifts and more. Your ArchWell Health care team will make sure you are comfortable with each exercise during the class. As you age, staying active is important. Consistent, low impact exercise helps seniors live healthier lives. That is why ArchWell Health hosts fun senior focused exercise classes for all fitness levels each week.
