This Sweepstakes is sponsored by ArchWell Health and governed by these official rules. By

participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all

eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by

ArchWell Health and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state

and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. This promotion is in no way

sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any

questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to ArchWell

ELIGIBILITY

The Stand Steady Kit Giveaway Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and

the District of Columbia where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age (or age

of majority under applicable laws, whichever is older) at the time of entry who have Internet

access. ArchWell Health has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. ArchWell Health

colleagues and family members are not eligible.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Sweepstakes is open from May 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM CDT through May 21, 2026, at 11:59

AM CDT (“Submission Period”). All entries must be received on or before the time stated

during that Submission Period. ArchWell Health reserves the right to extend or shorten the

Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

Instagram

Follow the ArchWellHealth Instagram account and comment on the sweepstakes post with one

change you have made or could make in your home or daily routine to help reduce falls. An

entrant may also mail a notecard with the entrant’s information to ArchWell Health 102

Woodmont Boulevard, Suite 600, Nashville, Tennessee 37205, Attn: Johnathon J. Each entrant

may only use a single Instagram account to enter the sweepstakes. An entrant using multiple

Instagram accounts will automatically be ineligible. Only one entry per person will be counted.

Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted.

Facebook

Follow the ArchWell Health Facebook page and comment on the sweepstakes post with one

change you have made or could make in your home or daily routine to help reduce falls.

may only use a single Facebook account to enter the sweepstakes. An entrant using multiple

ODDS

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received throughout the

Submission Period.

WINNER SELECTION

To be eligible, both digital and mailed entries must be received during the Submission Period.

All eligible entries, including mailed entries, received during the Submission Period will be

gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. One (1) winner will be selected

using random.org to generate a random winner on May 7, 2026, at 2pm CST. One (1) winner

will be selected in total from combined entries on Facebook, Instagram and via mail. The winner

will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook on May 7, 2026, between 2pm and 4pm CST.

Mailed entrants without social media accounts are still eligible. The winner’s name will not be

shared publicly.

ArchWell Health will respond to the winner with instructions to receive the prize. Each entrant

is responsible for monitoring his/her social accounts for prize notification or other

communications related to this Sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by

Sponsor within three (3) days, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize

winner shall forfeit the prize and it will be awarded to someone else at random. Only one (1)

entry per person will be counted.

ArchWell Health will never request your social security number, bank account information,

credit card information, or any other financial information. If you receive such a request please

do not respond and contact hello@archwellhealth.com.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND LIMITATIONS

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. ArchWell

Health and its, affiliates, and their respective owners, managers, officers, employees, agents, and

representatives (collectively, The “ArchWell Parties”), are not responsible for any typographical

or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to,

errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any

winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage or interfere with the content or

operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action. ArchWell Health

reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any

reason, including, without limitation, if ArchWell Health determines that the Sweepstakes

cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention,

technical failure or other cause beyond ArchWell Health’s control corrupt the administration,

security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or

unauthorized intervention may have occurred, ArchWell Health reserves the right to void

suspect entries at issue. The ArchWell Parties, Facebook, Instagram, and any telephone network

or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry

information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission,

omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer

equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error,

human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE

AND HOLD HARMLESS FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND THE ARCHWELL PARTIES FROM

ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES AND/OR INJURIES RESULTING IN

WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S

PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF

ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. THE ARCHWELL PARTIES DO NOT MAKE ANY

WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR

MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. THE ARCHWELL PARTIES ALSO DISCLAIM ANY

LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR

THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE

SWEEPSTAKES.

By participating, each entrant grants ArchWell Health the irrevocable, unrestricted worldwide

right to use, publish, display, broadcast and distribute materials bearing his/her name, voice,

image, likeness, comments and/or any other identifiable representation of entrant, including

but not limited to statements attributable to entrant (“Entrant’s Likeness”) for publicity

purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Entrant

agrees that all materials containing Entrant’s Likeness shall be and remain the sole and

exclusive property of ArchWell Health, and entrant hereby assigns any and all rights in or to

such materials to ArchWell Health and releases and forever discharges the ArchWell Parties

from any and all claims, liabilities and damages relating to the use of Entrant’s Likeness.
