Meditation & Relaxation

Join us for a short Meditation and Relaxation class. This free class is helpful in many ways to elevate stress. Some benefits that have been found in participating in a short 20 minute meditation class are:

• Helps to cope with anxiety. Anxiety among seniors is more common that you think.

• Dealing with every day stress. Any change that occurs in our lives can lead to stress.

• Managing depression. Feeling the occasional sadness or blues is normal among seniors.
