Our community of older adults is getting together for a Flourish in 2026 Health Fair, and we hope you can join us. The event features a farmer’s market with community vendors, produce tours, live music, healthy snacks, arts and crafts, and much more. It’s a great opportunity to meet our care team and tour the facility while you’re here. Don’t miss it!
