This month, we’re getting our growing community of older adults together for a Heart & Sole Sneaker Ball, and we hope that you can make it. Mix and match your favorite red attire with your most comfortable kicks —and get ready for dancing, heart smart refreshments, and fun. Our care team will be showing off their best dance moves and teaching you about nutrition on a budget. Don’t miss it!
