Cardio Drumming

Join us for a Cardio Drumming class hosted by ArchWell Health North 90th Street in Omaha, NE. Our exercises are perfect for both seniors who are new to fitness classes and exercise experts. This exercise class will be especially helpful for:

路 Older adults with balance concerns. Low impact exercises allow you to raise your heart rate without needing to worry about becoming dizzy or losing your step.
路 Seniors wanting to build strength. The exercises you will do in this class will help build your arm, leg, and back muscles in a safe way!
路 Individuals that want to improve their overall health. Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. It can prevent or delay many of the health problems that seem to come with age.
