Whether it’s poetry or prose, fiction or nonfiction, research indicates that avid readers and writers may experience these health benefits.

Writers Group at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with each other. While writing you can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. During club meet ups, our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond the ArchWell Health center.
