Our community of older adults is getting together for a Mental Health Awareness Seminar, and we hope you can join us. Come take a tour, meet the care team, and learn simple ways to care for your mind, body, and spirit through gentle yoga, art, and more from our providers. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Don’t miss it!
