Whether it鈥檚 poetry or prose, fiction or nonfiction, research indicates that avid writers may experience these health benefits.
Writing Group at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with each other. While reading you can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. During Writers Group meet ups, our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond the ArchWell Health center.
