What's Your Story?

Join us at ArchWell Health East Mesa center for a yearlong writing and journaling class. We will meet once a month. Our host, Emily, has a background in writing and a bachelor's degree in family history. We encourage you to join us and put your writing skills to use as you create memories to share with family, friends and loved ones. Notebook and pens will be provided for your use. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. Limit 10 spots for this class please RSVP with us.

Center events at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with each other. While attending you can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. At these events our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond the ArchWell Health center.

Healthy relationships are necessary at every age, but socialization for seniors is especially important.
