Embrace your creativity and join us for an arts and crafts class in our East Mesa center in Mesa, Arizona

We will be creating a journal. All supplies are provided!

Arts and crafts activities aren’t just for grandchildren! Crafting is an activity that people of all ages can

enjoy, especially older adults. Besides providing a fun activity to keep busy, there are also health benefits

to crafting such as improving mental health, motor skills, and overall happiness. You don’t need to be an

artist to enjoy this activity.

Arts and crafts classes at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with

each other. While crafting you can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. During arts

and craft classes our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond

the ArchWell Health center.

ArchWell Health can help coordinate transportation to this class, if needed. Refreshments and snacks will

be available.
