Embrace your inner book worm and join us for a book exchange hosted by ArchWell Health West Lake Mead.
Getting lost in a page-turning novel isn鈥檛 just an enjoyable hobby for seniors, but it also can enhance your mental health, brain function, and overall happiness. Whether it鈥檚 poetry or prose, fiction or nonfiction, research indicates that avid readers may experience these health benefits.
Book exchanges at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with each other. You can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. During book exchange meet ups, our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond the ArchWell Health center.
ArchWell Health can help coordinate transportation to this class, if needed. Refreshments and snacks will be available.
