Grief Awareness Day Social Circle

Social circle for those to share memories of lost loved ones and will have local grief resources information available (collaboration with SW). Attend our social cirlce! . This event will include:

• A chance to share memories of lost loved ones
• Connect with individuals who have experienced grief
• Learn about local resources to help manage loss

Center events at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with each other. While attending our social circle you can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. At these events our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond the ArchWell Health center. Healthy relationships are necessary at every age, but socialization for seniors is especially important. Maintaining a fulfilling social life is linked to a variety of health benefits including stress relief, improved mental health and brain function, and overall happiness. Take part in this no cost activity and meet individuals just like you!
