Open Sew

Attend our Open Sew Class. This event will include:

• Sewing, Crochet, Knitting, Needle Point, etc
• Bring your sewing machine, needles and supplies
• come work on your sewing projects in a fun atmosphere
• make new friends!
• Meet others just like you

Center events at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with each other. While attending you can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. At these events our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond the ArchWell Health center.

Healthy relationships are necessary at every age, but socialization for seniors is especially important. Maintaining a fulfilling social life is linked to a variety of health benefits including stress relief, improved mental health and brain function, and overall happiness.
