Birthday Celebration & Holiday Food Tasting

Attend our December Birthday Celebration and Holiday Food Tasting. This event will include:

• Celebrating those with November and December birthdays

• Tasting holiday foods

• A presentation on the different types of holidays throughout November and December

Center events at ArchWell Health also give members an opportunity to build friendships with each other. While attending you can talk with your neighbors and learn more about each other. At these events our members build community and create meaningful relationships that extend beyond the ArchWell Health center.

Healthy relationships are necessary at every age, but socialization for seniors is especially important. Maintaining a fulfilling social life is linked to a variety of health benefits including stress relief, improved mental health and brain function, and overall happiness.
