Meet the Team
To say we’re proud of our team is an understatement. ArchWell Health™ has assembled a team of highly experienced healthcare industry professionals, all passionately dedicated to improving the lives of the patients we serve.
Dr. Goddard brings over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience in both outpatient and acute care settings. He comes to us from Conviva Physician Group where he was a Managing Partner and responsible for medical clinics in North Florida and Texas. Prior to that he worked for Davita Medical Group/Optum Care in Florida managing medical centers that focused on Medicare Advantage. He is board certified in Family Medicine and started his career opening a successful practice in Ohio. Prior to moving to Florida, he served as a CMO for two hospitals in the University Hospital network in Cleveland, OH.
Chris Cavanaugh, CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER, has over 15 years of experience in business development, acquisitions, integrations, partnerships, and strategic consulting and advisory business. He has spent the last six years developing strategic partnerships between health plans and value-based risk-taking providers across the U.S. Early in his career, Cavanaugh was a practicing attorney focusing on real estate and capital markets, and a financial analyst for a major U.S. bank.
Shana Krumwiede, CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER, is a proven cultural leader with over 20 years of human resources and recruitment experience. She has led progressive, nationwide HR teams at industry-leading companies including axialHealthcare, Change Healthcare, Healthways, CVS Caremark, and IBM. She offers expertise in talent acquisition and management, workplace culture, HR technology, and benefit design.
Marshall Veerkamp, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, has over 20 years of technology and leadership experience, and since the early 2000s has held senior-level technology roles for various healthcare delivery and healthcare services organizations. During his career in healthcare, he has focused on the delivery of multi-million-dollar products and projects, and developing analytics and technology capabilities to support advanced value-based care arrangements.
Mr. Haskins leads ArchWell Health’s application and data engineering efforts. With 20 years of experience in data integration and development leadership primarily in the healthcare industry, he brings considerable experience in the practical handling and processing of all things data. Prior to ArchWell Health, Michael held Data Engineering leadership positions at axialHealthcare, Change Healthcare, and Healthways with a primary focus on the development and delivery of data products including disease management, healthcare cost transparency, and substance abuse risk mitigation.
Ms. Stephens is a CPA and seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of experience overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, and reporting for high growth organizations. She excels in building strong cohesive teams with a disciplined and supportive process orientation. Most recently, she worked for a healthcare startup where she streamlined the accounting/finance shop and reduced close cycle time by 50%. Prior to that, she worked for a publicly held health care services company, where she built processes and team to accommodate high organic growth as well as growth through acquisition.
Rus Beasley, VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT, has nearly 15 years of experience in strategic development and institutional investing, with a background in value-based, multi-site healthcare services, and commercial real estate investment. He has focused his healthcare career on market development and joint-venture partnerships in healthcare operations with physicians, health systems, and health plans.
Oliver Formanto, Vice President of Sales, is a proven sales leader with nearly 20 years of Medicare experience building and managing sales distribution. Through his hands-on leadership and ability to develop culture, he has helped grow market share of each of the teams he has led. Prior to joining ArchWell Health, he most recently brought a multi-channel sales distribution into existence for the rapidly-growing start-up Medicare Advantage company, Devoted Health. He also spent 14 years at Humana running sales teams across multiple markets throughout the country.
Utilizing over 20 years of hospital and primary care experience, Ms. Jennings is a results-driven operations executive with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, cost reduction, revenue optimization, reorganization, and culture turnaround management. Ms. Jennings leverages practical experience with proven communication abilities, to build high performing teams in a matrixed corporate environment. She is an analytical evaluator who identifies areas for improvement and utilizes root cause analysis to develop strategic initiatives in support of long-term organizational objectives.
Ms. Morganti is a results-driven human resource leader with over 20 years’ experience consulting, designing, and implementing learning, leadership, and organizational development strategies aligned to business needs. She has spent the last 6 years supporting these functions for a multi-state managed service organization, as well as wholly-owned primary care clinics within the value-based primary care setting. Prior to this work, she was executive director for an HHS-funded grant leveraging over $14 million to build a health IT workforce across 10 states and 17 community colleges. She has deep experience leveraging technology and partnerships to achieve scale in the healthcare space.
Throughout his career, Bryan has worked in various Information Technology and Security roles, across many verticals, including significant work in consulting and leading outsourced IT services teams while working with several multi-site national healthcare delivery organizations. In his position, Bryan is responsible for IT Customer Service (Help Desk and Field Support Services), System Administration, Cybersecurity Operations, and IT Infrastructure (including networks and phones). Bryan works closely with various internal customer groups across ArchWell Health to ensure we build and evolve an IT operational support structure that addresses the needs of ArchWell Health. Hailing from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, he relocated to the greater Nashville area and is based out of our Nashville office.
Ms. Singh brings over 10 years of experience in team building, application training, project management, technology implementation and system optimization and standardization honed from extensive leadership experience within the healthcare setting. She is a concept-to-execution driver that has led large scale technology deployments and process improvement initiatives that have successfully enhanced the usage and efficiency of numerous applications. Jasdev is a resourceful leader and problem-solver, with proven adeptness in formulating and executing strategic vision to support organizational goals.
Mrs. Smith brings nearly 10 years of experience in the healthcare and education services spaces. Most recently, as a Director at Oxeon Partners, Zena led executive searches across the portfolio of technology and services companies on operational leadership roles. Prior to joining Oxeon, she worked for City Year New York, an education non-profit organization. At CYNY, she served in a myriad of roles, from tutor and mentor in an elementary school in East Harlem to the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships, leading, strengthening, and building a $2M portfolio of corporate donors.
Mr. Wallace has over 10 years of healthcare analytics experience spanning the payer and provider markets. He comes to ArchWell Health from Humana, where he served in various actuarial, analytics, and data science roles. Most recently he served as the leader of the data and analytics team at Conviva Care Solutions, responsible for dashboard development and analytical support for its nearly 100 geriatric-focused primary care locations and its IPA partners.
