Our community of older adults is getting together for a Flourish in 2026 Health Fair, and we hope you can make it! Come take a tour, meet the care team, and enjoy health snacks and activities. While you’re here, be sure to check out booths by Fairhil and our other exciting community partners. Hope you can make it!
